What you will do

• Contribute to the design, development, and scaling of gameplay systems, tools, and pipelines.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and data analysts to improve the player experience.
• Build clean, performant, and testable code across gameplay, LiveOps tooling, and backend systems.
• Prototype new features and AI-assisted workflows to boost creativity and speed.
• Learn from and contribute to a world-class engineering organization.

Requirements

• Solid programming fundamentals in any language.
• Experience with Unity and C#.
• Familiarity with development tools such as Git, Docker, or cloud services.
• Systems-oriented mindset with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Curiosity regarding AI integration in content pipelines and automation.
• Must be able to work on a hybrid basis from Seville, Spain.

Nice to have

• Prior experience shipping live games.
