What you will do

• Ensure the stable operation of production and development environments.
• Build and optimize automation for builds, deployments, testing, and monitoring.
• Provide expert consultation to clients regarding new infrastructure projects.
• Resolve technical disruptions in close collaboration with development teams and hosting providers.
• Influence stakeholders and manage political nuances without formal authority.
• Bring operational excellence into development projects.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English (C1 level required).
• Several years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Proficiency with Shell (Unix/PowerShell), Java, Jenkins, Ansible, Maven, Gradle, Git, GitLab, and Artifactory.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand complex business processes.
• Technical degree (University of Applied Sciences, ETH, or equivalent) is a plus.
