What you will do

• Lead concept development and write high-converting copy for paid campaigns across YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
• Own the full performance creative loop from briefing and scriptwriting to production collaboration and post-launch analysis.
• Partner with designers, motion artists, and videographers to execute creative strategy.
• Review live campaign performance metrics like CTR and conversion to turn data into actionable hypotheses.
• Codify a testing cadence for messaging angles and formats in partnership with media buyers.
• Raise the creative craft bar through knowledge-sharing and active participation in brainstorms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of copywriting experience with a strong focus on performance marketing and paid social.
• Proven ability to analyze campaign data and draw creative conclusions.
• Deep knowledge of platform-specific content requirements for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience writing across various formats including video scripts, static ads, and UGC-style content.
• Strong creative opinions and ability to thrive in rapid-fire production cycles.
• Experience collaborating with media buyers or growth marketers to shape creative strategy.
