Korean Speaker - Freelance AI Trainer Project (AI)

Location: Remote from South Korea

Salary: $6–$65 per hour, with the final rate based on experience, expertise, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Conduct text-based conversations with AI models in Korean.
• Evaluate model responses for accuracy, fluency, grammar, tone, spelling, and cultural appropriateness.
• Test comprehension across formal and informal Korean inputs, linguistic edge cases, and translation ambiguities.
• Annotate linguistic patterns and document model failures clearly.
• Suggest improvements to prompts and evaluation methods.

Requirements

• Fluent Korean proficiency, including formal and informal usage, cultural context, grammar, spelling, and tone.
• Clear written communication and the ability to explain why language is correct or incorrect.
• Strong attention to linguistic nuance and a reflective approach to language.
• Secure computer and high-speed internet for contract work.
• Based in South Korea for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Background in linguistics, translation, writing, localization, or teaching.
• Experience with Korean language instruction, editing, or quality assurance.
