What you will do

• Design visual assets for ABM campaigns including display ads, social graphics, and email visuals.
• Develop booth graphics, event branding, and promotional materials for global events.
• Produce motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content for digital channels.
• Edit event footage, demos, explainers, and testimonials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Events, and Product teams.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with hirify.global brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, or motion graphics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, animation, and video creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Ability to translate marketing messaging into clear, engaging visual concepts.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines and visual systems.
• Must be comfortable working in a distributed global team environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
• Experience with self-service design tools like Canva.
