What you will do

• Guide the technical direction of agile, cross-functional delivery teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain secure Salesforce-based digital solutions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align technical designs with business objectives.
• Ensure strong engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.
• Manage multi-cloud Salesforce environments and complex API integrations.
• Provide architectural leadership while remaining hands-on with code and platform configuration.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Strong background in Service Cloud and enterprise-scale implementations.
• Proven leadership experience in guiding development teams and architectural decisions.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and authentication patterns.
• Practical experience with data flows and middleware integrations.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification.

Nice to have

• Developer II or Architecture certifications.
• Experience in the public sector regarding tech stacks and policy standards.
