What you will do

• Lead the development and governance of the 5-year Long-Range Planning (LRP) process across all product lines.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product Line Management to align LRP with annual budgets and sales opportunities.
• Manage and optimize forecasting platforms, ensuring data accuracy and stakeholder training.
• Deliver value-driven reporting and analytics to visualize key performance indicators.
• Facilitate product performance reviews and support strategic development through data-backed insights.
• Act as a change agent to champion organizational culture and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• Proven experience in business analysis, long-term planning, and rolling forecasts.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and Power BI.
• Experience with forecasting platforms like Campfire or similar tools.
• Ability to build relationships and influence senior-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts for diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in Automotive or Engineering environments (OEM or Tier 1).
