What you will do

• Lead the development of integrated campaign strategies aligned with regional priorities.
• Drive end-to-end campaign execution across priority markets, channels, and media.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality, and strategic delivery.
• Identify and activate credible voices and messengers to engage priority audiences.
• Define KPIs and use data analytics to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
• Manage campaign-level budgets and contribute to broader communications planning processes.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of senior-level experience in integrated communications or marketing campaigns.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Kenya without visa sponsorship.
• Proven ability to integrate paid, owned, and earned media in campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of digital, social, and media landscapes across multiple African markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel up to 25-30% domestically and internationally.
