What you will do

• Provide 1:1 crisis counseling and brief therapy to high-risk cases.
• Facilitate and supervise Teaching Recovery Techniques (TRT) for children.
• Coordinate with case management teams to refer children to specialized services.
• Deliver targeted MHPSS training and coaching to internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Lead reporting on MHPSS activities and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in local and national MHPSS working group coordination meetings.

Requirements

• Degree in Psychology or Social Work.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in protection work, specifically with children and caregivers.
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing MHPSS services directly to children.
• Experience implementing MHPSS programming in humanitarian or development settings.
• Fluent in Arabic and moderate proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in Deir Al-Balah and travel to field locations.
