What you will do

• Identify and escalate software issues to product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (ideally in linguistics, English, international affairs, or history).
• Must be based in Australia.
• Deep understanding of geopolitical risk issues.
• Ability to work weekends and specific hours (AEDT/AEST).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Passion for breaking news, technology, and social media.
