Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid/Remote flexibility)

What you will do

  • Partner with Market Unit leaders to translate pipeline and strategy into forward-looking staffing plans.
  • Provide transparency on capacity, bench, and capability gaps to support informed business decisions.
  • Align project staffing with commercial priorities, development goals, and long-term capability needs.
  • Own and facilitate the resolution of staffing trade-offs across Market Units and Practices.
  • Continuously improve staffing governance, processes, data quality, and steering mechanisms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, resource management, or staffing in a professional services environment.
  • 10+ years of relevant industry background.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret pipeline, revenue dynamics, and supply/demand data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and drive alignment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proven ownership mindset with the drive to proactively steer topics and challenge the status quo.

  • German language proficiency.
