What you will do

• Own and evolve the technical roadmap for data and AI platforms, ensuring scalable and reliable architecture for current needs and multi-cloud future.
• Design and build end-to-end MLOps systems for experimentation, training, reproducibility, and deployment.
• Lead infrastructure strategy for GPU resources (scheduling, utilization, batch compute) and define data architecture standards and platform guardrails.
• Improve developer experience via self-service platforms, automation, internal tooling, and reusable templates.
• Act as a player-coach: mentor engineers and manage a small team of ICs focused on ML infrastructure.
• Partner with Security to enforce compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR) and improve observability, incident readiness, and operational support processes.

Requirements

• Experience owning architecture for data and AI infrastructure, including MLOps and production reliability.
• Hands-on ability to design and implement MLOps workflows covering experimentation, training, reproducibility, and deployment.
• Strong platform engineering background with experience using BigQuery and orchestration tools such as Dagster and/or Airflow.
• Experience defining and enforcing security and compliance controls (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR) for data/AI platforms.
• Ability to lead as a player-coach: mentor engineers and manage a small team of individual contributors.
• Location: based in Ramat Gan, Israel (hybrid model).
