What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR contact and trusted advisor for managers and employees across the APAC region.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent management initiatives.
• Oversee payroll administration, compensation planning, and benefits coordination for direct and contract employees.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and maintain accurate HR documentation.
• Coordinate office support, work permits, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting multiple APAC countries.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Must currently reside in and be legally authorized to work in Taiwan.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws across APAC countries.
• Experience supporting remote and geographically dispersed workforces.
• Ability to work independently in a highly autonomous environment.
