Nortenho Dialect Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project (AI)

Location: Portugal; remote workplace

What you will do

• Train and challenge advanced AI language models using Nortenho language scenarios.
• Evaluate grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, pragmatics, and stylistic variation.
• Test verb conjugation, case systems, word order, declensions, gender, and related language features.
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness in model responses.
• Document reproducible failure modes and suggest improvements to prompts and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Native-level Nortenho fluency and a deep practical understanding of the dialect.
• Strong knowledge of Nortenho grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics.
• Clear metacognitive communication and the ability to explain reasoning.
• A bachelor's degree in Nortenho language, linguistics, or a related field is ideal but not mandatory.
• Teaching, translation, or community-based linguistic project experience may substitute for a formal degree.
• Secure computer and high-speed internet required.
