Responsibilities
— Build and expand a network of freelance tech professionals and partner companies
— Manage the full talent matching lifecycle from client requirements to successful placements
— Develop strong relationships with clients and understand hiring needs in depth
— Collaborate with Sales to support account growth and business development initiatives
— Connect exceptional technology talent with high-impact projects across software engineering, AI, cybersecurity, and cloud domains
— Contribute to marketing and ecosystem-building activities

Requirements
— Strong understanding of the Finnish technology and IT market
— Experience in talent acquisition, client management, recruitment, or business development
— Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, clients, and partners
— Commercial mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
— Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently
— Interest in technology, entrepreneurship, and talent ecosystems
