What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of Solutions Engineers supporting accounts in Italy and Israel.
- Recruit, retain, develop, and coach regionally focused SEs.
- Partner with the regional sales director and account teams in Iberia and Emerging Markets.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor on cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Collaborate with sales and product groups to improve operational excellence and efficiency.
- Drive team accountability to deal management in Salesforce.
Requirements
- AWS/Azure/GCP hands-on experience.
- Cloud security experience.
- Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and security frameworks.
- Understanding of cloud identity, access, certificates, and keys.
- Strong operating system, virtual machine, and container knowledge.
- Network engineering experience/background.
- Legal right to work in Spain without visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with traditional CSPM tools and/or cloud infrastructure security.
- Technical SaaS selling experience.
- Awareness of CI/CD processes.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code.
