TL;DR

Manager, Solutions Engineering (Customer Engineering Manager): Lead a team of Solutions Engineers and partner with sales to deliver technical cloud security value for customers across Iberia and Emerging Markets with an accent on hands-on cloud security expertise and risk-based assessments. Focus on building customer trust across AWS, Azure, and GCP while driving deal management execution in Salesforce.

Location: Spain (Madrid preferred)

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of Solutions Engineers supporting accounts in Italy and Israel.
  • Recruit, retain, develop, and coach regionally focused SEs.
  • Partner with the regional sales director and account teams in Iberia and Emerging Markets.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor on cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Collaborate with sales and product groups to improve operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Drive team accountability to deal management in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • AWS/Azure/GCP hands-on experience.
  • Cloud security experience.
  • Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and security frameworks.
  • Understanding of cloud identity, access, certificates, and keys.
  • Strong operating system, virtual machine, and container knowledge.
  • Network engineering experience/background.
  • Legal right to work in Spain without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience with traditional CSPM tools and/or cloud infrastructure security.
  • Technical SaaS selling experience.
  • Awareness of CI/CD processes.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code.
