What you will do

• Plan and execute real-world test campaigns to validate hardware and software performance.
• Lead high-stakes live flight demonstrations for defense stakeholders.
• Deliver training programs covering flight theory, mission planning, and emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to debug and iterate based on test outcomes.
• Manage tactical logistics and integration of C2 infrastructure and RF data links.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in flight operations, flight testing, or aerospace/robotic systems.
• Proven track record in assembly, integration, and maintenance of FPV, multicopters, or fixed-wing systems.
• Deep understanding of flight dynamics, control systems, avionics, or RF systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Comfortable with a dynamic schedule requiring frequent international travel.

Nice to have

• Pilot certification.
• Experience with military or industrial drone platforms.
