What you will do

• Lead digital transformation projects within the global Finance department.
• Champion digital technology and foster a digital mindset across the business area.
• Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement digital solutions.
• Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives.
• Provide training and support to Finance team members on new tools and processes.

Requirements

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, process improvement, and change management.
• Hands-on experience with programming, specifically SQL.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and integrated business systems.
• Familiarity with M365 is preferred.
• Ability to travel as required by the role.
