What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing team of application security engineers and analysts.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive application security strategy aligned with enterprise risk management.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to integrate security into the SDLC.
• Oversee application security testing, including SAST, DAST, IAST, and manual code reviews.
• Develop offensive security and red teaming capabilities to proactively identify vulnerabilities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, and NIS2.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred).
• 15 years of total work experience with at least 12 years of related experience in security.
• Proven experience in leading application security teams and strategy.
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices and secure coding standards.
• Experience managing vulnerability remediation and threat modeling for critical applications.
• Ability to drive standardization and influence stakeholders across a large enterprise.
