What you will do
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation workflows.
- Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Support and monitor production environments to ensure high reliability.
- Lead incident management and root cause analysis for production issues.
- Collaborate with platform teams and stakeholders to implement DevOps standards.
Requirements
- Must be based in Estonia, Lithuania, or Latvia
- Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS and Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Proven troubleshooting skills in production-grade environments.
- English: C1 proficiency required
Nice to have
- Experience with Kubernetes and observability tooling.
- Knowledge of Amazon Connect.
- Background with CRM or Contact Center platforms like Salesforce.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers.
