What you will do

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end budget and investment approval process.
• Prepare, consolidate, and monitor departmental budgets against actual expenditures.
• Track financial approvals and ensure compliance with authorization policies.
• Generate weekly and monthly budget utilization reports for management.
• Collaborate with Procurement to facilitate purchase orders and maintain budget limits.
• Support internal and external audit activities with accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or management accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Nice to have

• ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent professional certification (completed or in progress).
