What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services using Rust to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Implement and support API-driven functionality including REST, gRPC, and WebSocket endpoints.
• Manage server-side logic, data processing flows, and integration of service components.
• Apply asynchronous programming approaches to build efficient and scalable features.
• Contribute to performance improvement efforts through optimization, benchmarking, and tuning.
• Ensure data correctness and consistency via structured validation and processing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Rust in production environments.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and modern concurrency approaches.
• Experience developing server-side applications and working with web frameworks in the Rust ecosystem.
• Ability to design and maintain API-based services (REST, gRPC, WebSocket).
• Familiarity with building systems requiring high performance and efficient data processing.
• English: Intermediate+ level required.

• Knowledge of data integrity concepts like hashing and structured validation.
• Experience with distributed systems or multi-service architectures.
