What you will do

• Manage all aspects of physical security and fire protection for buildings and facilities to protect assets from loss or damage.
• Plan, develop, and implement site-specific security programs, including Emergency Response and Incident Management.
• Provide leadership, advice, and counsel to Plant Management regarding security policies and practices.
• Identify and assess strengths, weaknesses, risks, and complex threats to security and operations.
• Manage the hiring and performance evaluation of all security staff and personnel with security duties.

Requirements

• University degree from a Military academy, Police academy, or Faculty of security.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in security and fire protection.
• English: Very good proficiency required.
• Knowledge of advanced security and fire inspection procedures.
• Strong conflict handling skills and proficiency in MS-Office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the German language.
