Expert Backend Engineer (Cloud Security): Developing and maintaining large-scale distributed backend components for a multi-cloud security platform with an accent on scalability, efficiency, and stability. Focus on end-to-end software development, architectural decisions, and improving backend systems across AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI, and Alibaba Cloud.
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Israel; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain large-scale distributed backend components end to end, from research and design through testing, rollout, and monitoring.
- Contribute to technological and architectural decisions.
- Conduct design and code reviews.
- Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of backend system components.
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to deliver features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of backend engineering experience with a high-level programming language such as Java, C#, or Golang.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with microservices architecture, databases, and message queue technologies.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment.
- Legal right to work in Israel without visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with Golang, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Neptune, Docker, and Kubernetes.
