What you will do

• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D video creatives to capture player attention and drive performance.
• Deliver strong visual storytelling using composition, color, and animation principles.
• Work across a modern production stack including After Effects, Blender, and Unity.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize production speed while maintaining creative control.
• Propose creative concepts and push boundaries for game marketability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer specifically in mobile games.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects and Blender; comfort working with Unity.
• Deep knowledge of animation fundamentals, including the Disney 12 principles.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality output with limited feedback.
• Must be based in European time zones (UTC to UTC+3).

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for image, video, and workflow optimization.
• Creative ideation experience and ability to challenge briefs constructively.
• Hand drawing skills for storyboarding, sketching, and illustration.
