Senior Insights Consultant (FMCG)

Location: Must be based in Prague, Czechia (Hybrid role with up to 50% home office).

Salary: 560,000 - 700,000 CZK per year + sales incentives.

What you will do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with manufacturers and retailers.
• Develop client proposals and manage contract renewals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Manage business offers and documentation using internal systems.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in market research, revenue management, or category management.
• Native Czech speaker required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Slovakian language proficiency.
