What you will do
- Provide on-site field support for IT equipment, ensuring adherence to SLAs and service contracts.
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of PCs, printers, and LAN/WAN equipment.
- Act as the customerβs single point of contact for service updates and issue resolution.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate the repair or replacement of faulty hardware.
- Conduct site surveys and support new installations following technical guidelines.
- Record service data and performance metrics in the Service Hub.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in on-site support and repair of IT equipment.
- Proven knowledge of LAN/WAN troubleshooting and network equipment configuration.
- Experience delivering services directly to external customers in a professional capacity.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills in high-demand environments.
Nice to have
- Foundational networking certifications such as CompTIA Network+.
- Previous experience working within the airport or airline industry.
