What you will do

• Design, implement, and evolve process improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Standardize and optimize workflows by applying structured improvement frameworks and root cause analysis.
• Align cross-functional teams with newly defined processes, standards, and best practices.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and project phases for process transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational pain points and implement sustainable, scalable solutions.
• Monitor process performance and quality metrics to ensure the long-term sustainability of improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading or supporting business process improvement initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in Lean, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of process mapping, modeling, and business process reengineering.
• High proficiency with process modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and Change Management techniques.
• English: B1+ proficiency required
