What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with client objectives, public sector requirements, and business outcomes.
• Establish a clear product vision, connecting MVPs to measurable goals and impact.
• Lead discovery and requirement definition in collaboration with Design, Research, and Engineering teams.
• Translate insights into actionable roadmaps, epics, and user stories.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and complex stakeholder groups.
• Monitor product performance and adoption, using data and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Leader.
• 5+ years of experience working with software development teams across the full SDLC under Agile methodologies.
• Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes.
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and launch.
• Availability to work onsite in San Salvador, El Salvador.
• English: Full Professional Proficiency required.
