What you will do

• Monitor the operation of payment systems to ensure stability.
• Support information dashboards regarding payment methods for various geolocations (deposits, withdrawals).
• Manage geo-methods by enabling or disabling them during technical issues.
• Process outstanding payments through direct interaction with payment systems.
• Perform analysis of logs to identify and resolve issues.
• Compile statistics on the patency and reliability of payment methods.

Requirements

• Higher education, preferably in finance or economics.
• Understanding of how payment systems operate.
• Strong communication skills.
• English: A2 level required.
• Location: Must be based in Minsk, Belarus.
