What you will do

• Shoot and produce standout short-form content optimized for paid social media using iPhones.
• Manage the end-to-end production process, including brief review, storyboarding, prop sourcing, and scheduling.
• Direct talent on set to capture engaging, natural, and high-performing content.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and editors to ensure content meets the creative vision and client brief.
• Handle production logistics, including budgets, timelines, and shot list execution.
• Maintain proactive communication with account managers to resolve roadblocks and ensure project delivery.

Requirements

• 1–4+ years of experience in shooting short-form content for brands or agencies.
• Proven ability to lead shoots from start to finish, including talent direction and shot list management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple production sets simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of current trends and formats on TikTok and Instagram.
• Must be available to work on-site in Amsterdam, Monday to Friday, 10AM–6PM.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
