What you will do

  • Establish and manage the test ecosystem, including tools, processes, and the knowledge base.
  • Continuously refine and adjust the test strategy to align with shifting priorities, risks, and schedules.
  • Lead rigorous testing phases and structured approaches for all projects prior to production release.
  • Perform test planning, manual testing, automation development, and environment setup/teardown.
  • Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and architects to execute tests throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in both manual and Java-based QA automation.
  • Proficiency with Cucumber, Gherkin, TestNG, and an understanding of BDD/TDD methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and API testing using Rest Assured or Postman.
  • Expertise in frontend automation using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright (Java), as well as Selenium Grid and Docker.
  • Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python.
