What you will do

• Coordinate all departmental purchasing activities ensuring alignment with company procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage the vendor database.
• Oversee the full cycle of purchase requests, quotations, deliveries, and invoices.
• Administer the company payment system, including tracking requests and approvals.
• Maintain budget sheets and purchasing trackers to ensure financial accountability.
• Monitor market trends and supplier pricing to inform cost-effective purchasing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or office administration roles.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and purchasing software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment both independently and within a team.
