What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement MS Dynamics CRM solutions tailored to business needs.
• Maintain, optimize, and continuously improve the functionality and performance of the current CRM setup.
• Implement backend business logic using C# and .NET for stable and maintainable solutions.
• Customize user interfaces and enhance usability using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Integrate third-party systems via REST APIs and manage on-premise deployments.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot production environment issues to ensure high reliability.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET for writing robust and maintainable code.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (MSSQL) and SQL optimization.
• Knowledge of design patterns, basic algorithms, and data structures.
• English: Intermediate proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with the on-premise version of Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with the Customer Support module of Dynamics.
• Previous experience in the fintech domain.
