What you will do

• Maintain the Cadet Program calendar and track all recruitment activities.
• Process program documentation and draft cadet contracts.
• Act as the primary administrative point of contact for cadets and generate summary reports.
• Support the elaboration of periodic reports on training planning and resources.
• Implement data analytics processes within Crew Training Planning.
• Standardize and simplify workflows, identify automation opportunities, and support cost control initiatives.

Requirements

• Active student status at a Hungarian university for at least one more year.
• Graduating from university within the next 2 years.
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• English fluency.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office tools, with a focus on Excel.
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
