What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full stack (frontend-oriented) engineers through code reviews, 1:1s, and technical guidance.
  • Drive the technical roadmap for the dashboarding platform, ensuring high code quality, performance, and scalability.
  • Architect and implement new features in the custom dashboarding system using modern frontend technologies.
  • Champion frontend best practices, including performance optimizations, accessibility, and clean maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with product and design to translate complex data exploration needs into intuitive UI/UX.
  • Evaluate and introduce improvements in frontend technologies, including AI-assisted and agentic development workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a team lead role.
  • Proven frontend engineering experience; full-stack background is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
  • Experience with at least one major frontend framework (Angular, React, or Vue).
  • Experience working in fully remote teams.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Experience with modern Angular.
