What you will do

• Script gameplay features using the proprietary Enforce Script language.
• Produce detailed design proposals and technical documentation.
• Conduct technical analysis and implement new gameplay principles.
• Balance gameplay mechanics in close cooperation with the Lead Designer.
• Participate in code and technical design reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Own features end-to-end while collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience in system design and software architecture.
• Proficiency in a scripting language such as C# or Enforce Script.
• Experience with feature implementation in a multiplayer environment.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to read/adjust existing codebases.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Ability to estimate task completion times and adhere to coding standards.

Nice to have

• Gaming industry experience.
• Experience with the Enfusion engine or modding the Arma series.
• Experience using AI tools for coding assistance and analysis.
• Familiarity with development tools like Wiki, Confluence, Jira, and SVN.
