What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and backend services using Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI-driven business opportunities.
• Conduct assessments of the AI and automation market landscape.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and design efficient database schemas.
• Explain complex AI/ML solutions to stakeholders while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Support research and development initiatives to align with the company's AI strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying complex AI/ML solutions using Python.
• Proficiency in ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, and NLP.
• Experience with cloud environments and database design (NoSQL/RDBMS).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented and functional design principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
