TL;DR

Frontend Software Engineer (React/Angular): Building and maintaining dynamic web applications with an accent on pixel-perfect UI implementation and cross-browser responsiveness. Focus on translating complex UI/UX designs into functional interfaces while optimizing for performance and scalability.

Location: Remote (Ghana), with occasional in-person meetings for team collaboration.

Salary: GHC 3,500–4,500 per month

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain dynamic front-end applications using React and Angular.
  • Implement pixel-perfect UI designs ensuring high accessibility and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to bridge design and technical implementation.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to reusable component libraries.
  • Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues across all platforms.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Proficiency in React and Angular frameworks is required.
  • Strong command of TypeScript and responsive design techniques.
  • Experience with state management (Redux or NgRx) and CSS preprocessors/libraries like TailwindCSS.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Netlify, Vercel) and AWS services (Amplify, S3).
  • Strong understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance optimization.

Nice to have

  • Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.
  • Knowledge of modern build tools like Webpack or Vite.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and internationalization.
  • Experience consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
