Salary: GHS 3,000 - 4,000 per month

What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and surveys to understand user pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Maintain design systems and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Optimize interfaces for performance, scalability, and accessibility (WCAG).

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma and Canva.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating user personas, journey maps, and task flows.
• Ability to attend occasional in-person meetings in Accra, Ghana.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
