Location: Hybrid or onsite in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.

Salary: 31 800 – 43 725 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Lead the Sound Design team and drive overall game audio development for The Witcher 4.
• Maintain aesthetic continuity across the game and trailers, aligning with IP standards.
• Collaborate with Project Directors, Producers, and technical teams (Music, VO, Programmers).
• Plan, track, and execute milestones, sprints, and roadmap deliverables.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster professional growth and quality results.
• Design, implement, and mix original sound effects using Unreal Engine and Wwise.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in the game industry with multiple shipped AAA titles.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role related to sound design or audio direction.
• Strong creative portfolio or demo reel demonstrating high-quality audio work.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine and Wwise middleware.
• Ability to manage timelines and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams.
• Must be based in or relocate to Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atmos, Surround Sound, 3D Audio, and HRTF.
• Experience working with performance capture.
• Experience planning and executing field and Foley recording sessions.
