What you will do

• Develop and implement new features for internal branch banking applications.
• Participate in the migration of existing applications to a modern platform architecture.
• Independently analyze, design, and resolve technical tasks.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer.
• Strong experience with Java/J2EE 11+ (minimum 5 years) and hands-on experience with Quarkus.
• Solid frontend development experience using React and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, JMS, and Kafka messaging systems.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and Keycloak for identity management.
• Mandatory banking industry experience and Advanced Czech language proficiency.
