What you will do

• Develop and implement Labor & Fire Safety orders and HSE policies.
• Ensure strict compliance with Ukrainian legislation, rules, and norms regarding labor protection and fire safety.
• Manage physical security operations, including security guards, video surveillance, and access control systems.
• Organize staff training, preliminary and periodic medical examinations, and emergency briefings.
• Coordinate with state inspecting bodies and handle internal audits and action plans.
• Maintain physical security equipment and oversee visitor and event management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Labor & Fire Safety or HSE role.
• Proficient knowledge of the Law "On labor protection" and the Code of Civil Protection of Ukraine.
• Successful experience handling inspections by regulatory authorities.
• Experience in organizing document management for labor protection and fire safety.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be physically based in Kyiv.

Nice to have

• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Experience working in state fire supervision or fire safety services.
