What you will do

• Build and maintain reports, workflows, and dashboards within Smartsheet
• Perform data analysis to generate insights and support business decisions
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
• Manage deliverable schedules, calendars, and invoice validation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements

Requirements

• Strong data analysis capabilities and advanced proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work US Hours
• Proficient in professional email communication and customer service
• Willingness to handle data entry tasks
• Knowledge of AI tools and how to apply them
