Salary: PHP 345.24 per hour

What you will do
- Build and maintain reports, workflows, and dashboards in Smartsheet.
- Analyze data and create Excel dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
- Manage deliverable schedules, calendars, account setup, compliance checks, and invoice validation.
- Support product orders, inventory tracking, shipment scheduling, and customer communication.
- Evaluate trends, recommend improvements, and make system recommendations.
Requirements
- Strong data analysis capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting support.
- Professional email communication and strong customer service experience.
- Some data entry experience or willingness to perform data entry tasks.
- Ability to work during US hours.
- Basic Smartsheet familiarity or the ability to learn it quickly; training and learning resources are provided.
Nice to have
- Experience with Smartsheet formulas, reports, forms, templates, automation, workflows, and dashboards.
- Knowledge of AI tools and their practical use.
