Salary: $148,000 – $175,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end client journey for mid-market accounts, covering rollout, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• Create tailored success plans to align product value with specific client goals and contexts.
• Lead commercial negotiations for account renewals and growth opportunities.
• Monitor health metrics and usage signals to proactively mitigate churn risks.
• Automate internal workflows and create portfolio leverage using AI tools.
• Mentor Engagement Associates and collaborate with Product and Legal Engineering to integrate client feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, B2B SaaS client advisory, or the legal field.
• Proven track record of increasing product adoption, retention, and account expansion.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and EQ for interacting with senior leadership.
• Ability to build and automate workflows using AI tools.
• Data-driven approach to monitoring customer health and outcomes.
• Location: Must be based in Chicago and work in-office 5 days per week
