What you will do

• Handle and convert catering, social, and wedding inquiries into confirmed business.
• Proactively upsell menus, venues, AV, and décor to maximize total event revenue.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Arabic-speaking markets and social segments.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with hotel strategy.
• Coordinate event logistics from contract signing to day-of execution, acting as the primary client contact.
• Maintain accurate event records and operational reports using Delphi/Amadeus systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality or events sector.
• Ability to identify and develop business within Arabic-speaking markets.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing professional contracts.
• Expertise in coordinating complex social events and weddings.
• Proficiency in event management software such as Delphi or Amadeus.
