What you will do
- Manage end-to-end strategic relationships with global and regional banking partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and SLAs to optimize costs and operational capabilities.
- Drive the onboarding of new banking partners in coordination with compliance, legal, and risk teams.
- Monitor network performance, liquidity requirements, and transaction routing to maximize uptime.
- Oversee corporate user access, permissions, and security settings across partner platforms.
- Represent the company in high-level discussions with banking executives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in banking relations, correspondent banking, or global payment network management.
- Deep understanding of SWIFT, local ACH networks, FX mechanics, and cross-border payments.
- Technical knowledge of Payments APIs and ledger systems.
- Strong track record of securing high-value commercial agreements with tier-1 financial institutions.
- Fluent English proficiency with excellent presentation skills.
- Must be based in Tel Aviv.
