What you will do

• Process monthly payroll for all employees, including salaries, overtime, allowances, and final settlements.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi labour law and GOSI requirements for all statutory deductions.
• Manage general cashiering activities, including daily cash collections, counting, and bank deposits.
• Coordinate with People & Culture regarding new hires, salary adjustments, and terminations to ensure accuracy.
• Perform payroll reconciliations with the general ledger and support month-end closing activities.
• Administer and reconcile petty cash funds while maintaining strict internal financial controls.

Requirements

• Experience as a Paymaster, Payroll Officer, or General Cashier within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi labour law, GOSI requirements, and end-of-service benefit calculations.
• Proficiency in payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
• Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and integrity.
