What you will do

• Inspect incoming goods and materials to ensure they meet luxury quality and operational standards.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices for accuracy in quantity and specifications.
• Process and record received items within inventory, procurement, and finance systems.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Finance departments to resolve delivery discrepancies or shortages.
• Manage the movement of goods to storage areas, ensuring proper stock rotation and storage practices.
• Support month-end inventory processes, including cycle counts and reconciliations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Receiving Clerk or Storekeeper in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies quickly.
• Diploma or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Red Sea, Saudi Arabia
