What you will do

• Process purchase requisitions and accurately prepare purchase orders.
• Coordinate with approved suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain detailed procurement documentation, supplier files, and purchasing records.
• Liaise with receiving and stores teams to verify orders and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and support replenishment requests to ensure operational continuity.
• Assist with internal audits and month-end closing activities related to procurement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data tracking.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.
